बॉलिवुड ऐक्ट्रेस ने कुछ दिन पहले दिल्ली के एक बिजनसमैन पर सेक्शुअल हैरसमेंट का आरोप लगाया था। इस मामले में अप बिजनसमैन ने ईशा गुप्ता पर क्रिमिनल डिफेमेशन () का केस दर्ज कराया है। बिजनसमैन ने अपने वकील विकास पहवा के जरिए इंडियन पीनल कोड के सेक्शन 499 और 500 के अंतर्गत साकेत कोर्ट में केस दायर कराया है। यह भी पढ़ें: याचिकाकर्ता ने कहा है कि उनकी शिकायत का संज्ञान लिया जाए और कानून के मुताबिक ऐक्ट्रेस पर कार्रवाई की जाए। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने इस मानहानि के लिए उचित मुआवजे की मांग भी की है। कोर्ट ने शिकायत का संज्ञान लेते हुए 28 अगस्त को मामले की सुनवाई करने का निर्णय लिया है। अपनी याचिका में शिकायतकर्ता ने कहा, 'आरोप लगाए जाने के बाद शिकायतकर्ता को लगातार नजदीकी लोगों और साथियों के संपर्क और परिवार के लोगों के इस शिकायत पर नाखुशी जताए जाने से मानसिक पीड़ा का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। पब्लिक में कई लोग शिकायतकर्ता पर शक जता रहे हैं जिससे उनके सम्मान को ठेस पहुंची है।' बता दें कि 6 जुलाई को ईशा गुप्ता ने सोशल मीडिया पर कई ट्वीट करते हुए रोहित विग पर गलत तरीके से व्यवहार करने और आंखों से घूरने का आरोप लगाया था। उन्होंने ये सारे आरोप रोहित का नाम लेते हुए और उनका फोटो शेयर करते हुए लगाए थे।
